Epic Paddle
Set out today to paddle from Crab Park, around Stanley Park, to the Plaza of Nations. Had to walk the board a few blocks at each end but it was worth it. Even if it meant walking trough the neighborhood shirtless (trust me, there are much stranger sights to be seen where I live). Overall the trip took just over 3 hours. For the hang snatches I worked up to 3x125lb. For the workout, I had to sub ring dips for muscle-ups and I finished in 24:45.

Took it easy with the overhead squats as it’s been a while. Started at 135lb for the set of 5, 155lb for 3, 175lb for 2, then 185lb, 195lb, and 205lb for the singles. Then I ran out of time. For the WOD I finished in 16:19. Double-unders are my nemesis.

Left from Lions Bay and crossed the sound to Gambier Island where we hung out for a half hour cliff diving then made our way back.
